Turnkey HV grid connections: DisCo approvals, line extension, pole-mounted and ground substations, NEMSA testing and energisation — handed over working.

Getting a site onto the national grid in Nigeria is rarely just "install a transformer". It is a chain of approvals, materials, civil works, line work, testing and coordination with the distribution company (DisCo) — and if one link slips, the site stays on diesel. Ionir Integral runs the whole chain, from the first load survey to the moment the meter starts counting.
We deliver 11kV and 33kV connections for telecom towers, factories, warehouses, estates, schools and places of worship. Every job follows the same documented path:
Most telecom sites and small commercial loads are best served by a pole-mounted substation: quicker to build, smaller footprint, lower civil cost. Larger industrial loads usually need a ground-mounted or compact substation with proper switchgear. We recommend the option that meets your load and the DisCo's standards at the lowest lifetime cost — read our comparison.
Every stage is recorded with geotagged, time-stamped photos, so remote project managers and investors can verify progress without travelling to site. See examples in our project field log — including grid connections delivered for ATC Nigeria, IHS Towers and Pan African Towers.

Construction itself usually takes 2–6 weeks depending on line length and substation type. The total timeline is driven mostly by DisCo approvals and transformer availability, which we start on day one and track for you.
Yes. We prepare and submit the design, follow up the technical evaluation with the DisCo, and arrange NEMSA inspection and certification before energisation.
Yes — this is our core work. We extend the HT line, install a pole-mounted substation and integrate it with the existing generator and batteries through an automatic transfer switch, so the site falls back to diesel only when the grid is down.
