Telecom infrastructure engineering: site build, upgrades & power maintenance

Greenfield site builds, co-location upgrades, power-system maintenance and diesel logistics for tower companies and network operators.

Greenfield telecom tower site with fenced compound built in Lagos, Nigeria

Tower uptime is a power problem first. Ionir Integral has supported tower companies and operators in Lagos since our early days as Glincor Tech, and today delivers end-to-end telecom infrastructure engineering: we build sites, upgrade them, connect them to the grid, and keep them running.

Services for towercos and operators

Greenfield site build

Civil works, foundations, compound fencing, equipment plinths, cable trays, earthing and power installation — delivered to your design standard and ready for equipment installation.

Site upgrades

New tenants mean new load. We upgrade rectifiers, battery banks, distribution boards and grid capacity so co-location does not compromise uptime.

Power maintenance

Scheduled preventive maintenance and fast corrective response on generators, ATS panels, grid equipment and DC systems, with a photo report on every visit.

Diesel haulage

Reliable fuel delivery to keep hybrid and generator sites running, with reconciliation reports to cut pilferage.

Why towercos subcontract to us

  • Grid-first expertise: we are an HV contractor, not only a civil team — we cut diesel hours by putting sites on the grid.
  • HSE discipline: trained crews, PPE and permit-to-work on every live-line or height job.
  • Verifiable reporting: geotagged photos with site ID, timestamp and coordinates, matching the reporting format towercos already use.
